Given Virginia’s on-going State of Emergency, the PTSA remains unable to conduct business via traditional means. We continue to conduct business virtually. In that regard, all matters pertaining to the PTSA election process for the 2020-2021 PTSA officers are still being conducted online.
Per the AHS PTSA bylaws, our final order of election business is for the General Membership to vote on the presented slate of officers. (The AHS PTSA executive board wants to report that no nominations “from the floor” were received during the 30 days that the slate of officers was presented.) All current AHS PTSA members are eligible to vote. To do so, please click on the following link and complete the Google form. Voting will be begin Sunday, May 17, 2020 at noon and will end Friday, May 22, 2020 at 5pm.
You will also find one other item of business on the Google form. The AHS PTSA executive board is proposing an increase in dues for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. Please make sure to complete this item as part of the process.
